Meet John
John leads our developments from conception through to delivery. A highly-experienced development director, John started his career with Countryside Properties before moving overseas to work on a range of complex mixed use projects with Aldar Properties, Majid Al Futtaim and the Dubai World Trade Centre.
John is a Chartered Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Fortunately John also comes with a sense of humour.
Meet Sarah
Sarah leads our acquisition activities. A seasoned property sourcer Sarah identifies and secures development sites in line with our strategic growth objectives.
Sarah also brings extensive experience in sourcing institutional funding via her past roles as a mortgage and commercial broker.
When not searching for new development opportunities Sarah is often found searching for the perfect tasting bar of dark chocolate.
Meet Dan
Dan leads our investor funding and partnerships. With a background in business development and corporate venture capital, Dan directs our joint venture partnerships and manages our relationships with private investors.
Dan holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Cambridge,… when he is not holding other things, like coffee.
Meet Sally
Sally leads the strategic direction and growth of our business and is closely involved with our development teams to ensure sites are delivered to budget and timescales.
Sally is highly skilled in both project and change management., having held the position of Group Chief of Staff at a major U.A.E. bank and led the merger of two large Abu Dhabi banks.
Sally also has more hidden talents than the rest of us are able to demonstrate publicly.
Meet Alan
Alan is our seasoned Head of Planning; having enjoyed over 30 years’ experience as a planning professional in both the public and private sector. Alan is responsible for Development Control, Policy Planning, and Planning research and works closely with our Architects and Consultants to achieve Planning Consent on our development sites.
When not planning projects, Alan is typically planning where next to play golf.
Meet Jonathan
Jonny is responsible for our development process from inception to completion, working closely alongside John. He is an accomplished Development Director, having decades of development experience in the UK and UAE across retail, industrial, office and residential.
Jonny has successfully managed several multi-billion-pound development projects, including Battersea Power Station and Warner Bros. World in Abu Dhabi.
Jonathan is also a Chartered Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
When not developing buildings, Jonny can also be found developing his appreciation of golf courses.
