This puts us in a strong position when negotiating property purchases and brings additional stability to our business model.
We are fortunate to be able to rely on a small number of individual investors, who have supported our business over many years, on a project-by-project basis.
Over this time, we have proved our ability to provide consistent returns for our investors, through a solid track record of project delivery.
Our commitment to our investors
Mutuality
Unlike many developers, with every project we undertake we always commit our own funds. Quite simply we never approach our investors to help finance a project unless we are prepared to co-fund it ourselves. This mutuality of interest gives our investors a greater level of confidence in our commitment, and surety in our appraisal of development opportunities.
Transparency
We are committed to maintaining total transparency with our investors. For each project target KPIs are established up-front and performance is continually tracked and monitored. This enables us to keep our investors up to date with project progress and projected investment timelines.
Time… for coffee
We understand that the development opportunity is only a part of what our investors are investing in. Ultimately, the investment they are making is in us, as individuals and as a team. That’s why we are committed to getting to know our investors and investing the time for them to get to know us, over a coffee (or some other drink of their choice).
