The Arc, Bury St Edmunds.
Redevelopment of the former cattle market site in Bury St Edmunds town centre into The Arc shopping precinct, a modern retail, leisure and residential development comprising 36 shops, cafe's & restaurants, an award winning 500-seat multi-purpose cultural venue and 62 new high-quality private apartments.
The development was anchored by a 85,000 sq. ft store pre-let to Debenhams and was awarded a British Council of Shopping Centre Gold Award in 2010.

25hours Hotel, Dubai.
Located next to the Dubai World Trade Centre and overlooking the Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future the 25hours Hotel One Central brings a completely unique, new hospitality experience to Dubai. The 434 guestroom and suite hotel boasts Dubai’s first outdoor mixed gender sauna, a rooftop pool, a pottery studio, an analogue music lounge, a “Monkey” bar, podcast studios and much, much more.
